Country. He has very little to do with anything.
And the deep state does not want the skank as their figurehead. She is barely smarter than he is, and she is not crazy.
Plus, as a proud colored woman, she will demand more respect and attention than she deserves. To make up for centuries of abuse of her colored sisters at the hand of our systemically racist government and crackers everywhere.
She will become a major annoyance to the deep state very quickly.
In my opinion, as long as the deep state can keep him protected by the media and sheltered in the basement, things are just fine. He doesn’t have to do anything.
