who he was, where he lived and what his travel plans were. No need for 'TSA facial recognition software' to nab him... THEY KNEW HIS NAME!!!!
But the FBI didn't bother to meet him and question him at the airport despite knowing his travel plans...and instead asked the TSA (which has no authority to detain or question people) to do it via facial recognition software (not to not just use his name and travel plans) for them and then just release him?
Agreed?
Or are you thinking they didn't know his name, but had a picture of someone not committing a crime, and decided to put the picture of a non-suspect into a facial recognition software database and hope TSA would somehow have enough time in a 3 second TSA screen to run a new shot of him through the software and return a result almost instantaneously? And then..the TSA which has no authority to interrogate him or detain him, would do their job for them and just let him go?
