Was watching the news last night, and the State of Minnesota has seized 14,000 vehicles as a result of DUIs in the last 3 years. Apparently, they can seize just on suspicion. I can't imagine if they investigated drugs what that would be.
These are some of the most dangerous laws out there IMO. There are new laws that are trying to reduce (not eliminate...uggh)...and predictably, the police association is against it.
