There's nothing wrong or illegal about people buying stock together.

There is something wrong about a hedge fund betting a company's stock falls, then colluding with brokerages to ensure nobody can buy that stock.

Citadel, which owns Robinhood, also pumped 2.7bil this week into the hedge fund that's shorting GME. Now, you can't buy GME on Robinhood.
