outrageous examples of corruption in gov't. This morning, saw one about millions in the budget intended for medical research but much of it was used for gov't salaries, moving personal furniture, etc. People should be in jail for that, yet nothing. This went on from 2010 to 2019 according to article.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
