of them to let people know how to surrender, like the french always do.
We could save a lot of injury and violence, and isn't that what we should be doing, if we had a crime lottery.
For example, Tigrrr's name is selected at random by an unarmed colored male. The colored male doesn't want to hurt you, he just needs your money to buy shoes for his babies and food for his family. He is almost 17 and has to support a lot of people.
So...Tigrrrr having been selected just donates his car and whatever is in his wallet at the time of selection to the unarmed colored teenager.
Violence is resolved and since it's a lottery, not crime was committed. Crime stats are down, the mayor gets reelected and unarmed colored teenagers can care for their growing families without risk of incarceration. Which might damage their chances of getting into dartmouth.
