Do you mean transform it like trump did with record low unemployment in all demographic, geographic and industry sectors of the economy?
With excellent growth that obama couldn't manage in eight years?
Bringing back manufacturing jobs that obama said weren't coming back?
Or do you want something more... cuban? More bernie sanders where all student debts are forgiven, a living wage to sustain a family of four is provided for the rich 17 yo from the suburbs working his first job sweeping the floor at mcdonalds, and welfare/medical care and education are provided to foreigners who snuck in this country.
