This is a totally different thing. Neo conservatism originated in the Democratic party during the Vietnam war. is not my idea of liberalism. Obama did his best to balance the agenda to appease both sides. GWB did his best to establish a democratic government that the West could influence and he failed. (this has always been the British and American way they both failed. it is not the way that I would do it
