Let the organizations that conduct the competitions decide for the rules within that organization. If people (or sponsors) don't like the rules, then a new organization can be formed. This is yet another result of government funded mechanisms as those in power of the government try to make new rules to force upon others...and we get into fights about the rules...versus really saying government should just stay out.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
