On its face, the reason you are supposed to pick disinterested jurors are so they can weigh the evidence presented without prejudice or passion, with no pre-judgment, and reach a verdict.

As imperfect as that system is, for him to say they are all jurors, witnesses and victims and compare this to a jury trial is absurd.
