big projects was a massive remodel of an electric utility in a major metro area. It may have been Detroit, but I forget which one. This was during the Obama administration.

The contract was with a Chinese firm, undoubtedly managed by the Chinese Communist Party, which had purchased the electric plant.

He couldn't believe that they would turn over such critical infrastructure to a Chinese firm.

Absolutely stupid.
