Trump saying to march to the capitol to PEACEFULLY and PATRIOTICALLY make their voices be heard is constitutionally protected 1st amendment activity and is no different than hundreds of speakers at the mall over the years.

You also ignore that the entry into the capitol began while Trump was still speaking (also discounting even the time it took for those rioters to get from the mall to the capitol on foot). Nor do you address the fact that while some of the capitol police were using force to prevent entry there were others who simply let them walk in.

Individuals who entered the capitol illegally and broke the law therein should be held accountable but you should probably refer to Ohio v Brandenburg for a 1st Amendment lesson.


not sure how you can call yourself a conservative and advocate hanging someone for what is clearly constitutionally protected speech.
