to change voting procedures in a federal election. That has to be done by the legislature.
I don't care whether Trump nominated the justice or Lyndon Baines Johnson when you put the robe on and sit on that court you are to uphold the Constitution. Unfortunately, these cowards where just like Comey in 2016. He knew HRC should have been charged and was afraid to do the right thing.
