having 15K cases a day. By contrast, California has had several days with over 40K cases since mid December. Nationally we're 2 months well into the 200K's of cases per day. Last summer was more like 50-75K at worst.

I don't think fully going away for a long time, but at some point things have to return to normal. We can't be sitting here a year from now with kids still out of school and heavy restrictions on business.
