the legally cast ballots at the time of the election. But when mysterious cases of ballots continue to turn up hours after the election and be counted that is stealing an election.
As I said at the time those doing it knew that even if caught there was no remedy so it was a fait accompli. Once it was done there was no way to undo it.
I do not believe that the runoff was stolen. After the presidential election voters there knew what the outcome would have been and saw no reason to vote. Why do you think GOP numbers were down for the runoff? Did they suddenly not care or did they simply realize that their votes did not matter?
