He will visit arlington national cemetery. He has already made a yawner of a speech and he was up much earlier than normal.
And it's chilly outside.
After his busy day he will take a week or two off. When he returns for a photo op he will have been briefed on what he did over the past several days. He will agree with everything he did, but won't remember having done any of it.
