If they do something like this, they should somehow require that the funds be used towards things the kids need like food (only healthy food), clothes (not designer), and housing. I don’t want to see any 60inch flat screens or the latest iPhones or marijuana being purchased. Also, they need to figure out how to keep this from being an incentive to have a bunch of kids.
