Before progressives shriek about their population, Ca has around 4o million people out 330 million in US, or 12%.
So, their welfare rate is 2 times what it should be. The
crime rate, drug overdose rate is also higher.
and they let the homeless camp on public streets, parks, and pee, poop anywhere they want.
Meanwhile, the middle class, hi tech jobs are leaving the state in droves.
