Simple principle to apply to the distribution of the vaccine, and the delivery of product required for the second dose. Yet you want to delay delivery of the vaccine to additional people, just to stockpile unnecessary safety stock, thus killing people that die from COVID when they could have already been vaccinated with their first dose

They are going to manufacture billions of doses this year, there is plenary of flexibility already in the system
