midget. He and he alone pushed this through. Biden and Harris thought it was a joke that we could even think about having a vaccine in place by the end of the year.
Maybe instead of trying one last time to demean Trump, Congress should have been working on a plan for a national roll out of the vaccines. Nah, that would involve doing something constructive.
