and just to finish it out, PAC:
Arizona - 0
Even if you go to the full 15, NOBODY stayed in state. I think this is a first. It appears AZ is actually just Oregon South.
California - 4
USC got all 4, and does pretty well throughout. Tons of players in CA, but few seem to go east of the Rockies.
Colorado - 2
MIZZOU got 1 of their top 10
Oregon - 4
Doesn't have a top 10??? But there were 7 in the Rivals database from Oregon who signed somewhere in 2021, and 3 went to Oregon State while the Ducks got 1.
Utah - 4
Predictably 3 went to BYU. Surprised they don't get more. 1 to Utah.
Washington - 3
All to UW.
