criminals. Police have the right to shoot them. The state has the authority to execute them for their crimes. Although I am of the growing mind we no longer have the moral authority as a people to make that call.
I am not thrilled at the notion of executing mentally retarded people. However, I don't know all the facts. It dos appear his mental condition did not keep him from being in a gang, understanding retribution and then participating in a string of murders. Sees like a fairly high functioning retarded person, even if his higher functioning was for deplorable reasons. A jury heard the case. He was sentenced for his deeds. The courts did not stop the execution. And somehow you hang this on Trump.
