Both residential and commercial. Companies have figured out they do not need four floors in that office building in Manahattan, they maybe need a floor. Their workers are figuring out I don't need to live in that $4,000 1 bedroom apartment in Manhattan because I am working from home. I can move to Florida where there is no income tax and still do my job. Meanwhile, all the restaurants and other businesses that rely on those workers as customers are also closing up.

Maybe Cuomo can write another book about how he ruined one of the greates cities in the world.
