impeaching without a so-called "trial" and "evidence."

All the jurors were eye-witnesses to the crime. They all personally saw it happen. And since then they've watched video replays. There is no dispute over what was said, and no material dispute over what happened.

If you're going to commit a crime, don't do it in front of a functioning video camera.

If you're President and you're going to commit an impeachable act, don't do it on national TV.
