Some key points that caught my attention on why he and Walters parted ways:

* I want a man of high moral character (not saying Walters wasn’t)
* Wants a leader of men who can develop our players to be the best they can be
* I want someone who can make key in-game adjustments to help our team win

I thought the last point was interesting level of detail

Please explain why this message is being reported.
