Liberals are like large public school teachers. They think in mass. Don't really have to compete. Rely on establishment as they get pay, benefits, promotions based on formula and not merit. And they are always unhappy and complaining about something.

Conservatives are like small private school teachers. Asked to do a lot. Pay and benefits OK but nothing guaranteed. Even with great skill and performance they may not always get what they deserve. Yet they work hard, love what they do and never complain about it.
