when they dropped my groceries off a block away from my house twice in a row. You couldn't give your shopper a negative rating. They replaced a $5 bag of apples with a single apple and charged me full price. Total BS.
Now a year later and tried them a again, and must say maybe it was a fluke. Got my order within an hour of placing it, and was even able to get $20 off code. No replacement items on my order. Went VERY smoothly.
Get the impression replacement items are less often the store being out of stock and more so your shopper not knowing where the item is kept.
Perhaps the secret to good service is scheduling things during non peak times?
