to break into the Capitol carrying firearms, zip-ties, and ropes, while chanting "Hang Mike Pence".
He sat in the White House watching it all on TV, elated at what was happening and wondering why his subordinates weren't celebrating with him.
He did nothing to try to stop it, rejecting pleading requests that he activate the National Guard and send them there.
And while all that was happening, he released a video condemning Pence and encouraging what was happening.
Good riddance.
