you will not commit to anything, and as you get close, you change the subject. That is because you know in your beliefs that shutdowns and seizure of property (eminent domain) are wrong. But rather than calling it out completely wrong, you then throw support of compensation by the government...but your support of that is all over the place, because when people start pointing out specifics you change the subject and run.
