fails one of the checks on my "who will Drink hire" list. Drink wants team players, almost corporate guys. Pelini draws too much attention, and is a little too much of a wild card behaviorally. If I was taking a **** team and starting from scratch, I'd take him. If he had the right amount of time I'm sure Pelini would be a success at DC, he's done it before. LSU happened because without practices he tried to overhaul the defense entirely. He took it too literally that the year didn't mean anything. So did others.
