Is the definition of bad statistics. There are tons of significant variables you are leaving out. You're not arguing from a place of good faith.

Nevermind that Trump had a supermajority when he took office (one of the largest the republicans have ever had) and has steadily lost both houses of congress. By your metric (which is absolutely retarded), he is slightly better than Obama.
