in talent, the gaps shrivel up fast...maybe even the top 5...that is being shown in the results of college football right now

Tier 1 is maybe 3-5 teams
Tier 2 is 10-15 teams (a big gap behind tier 1)
Tier 3 is huge, but not that far behind tier 2)

Please explain why this message is being reported.
