It will be interesting to see if he continues that in 2022.

In 2020 he bypassed the second tier of recruits to go after Christopher and Love. In 2021 it seems he recognized that Mohammed and Nesbitt weren’t interested and moved on the the second tier of recruits pretty quickly. Landing Brookshire, Brazile, Durugordon and Keita.

It sounds like Mizzou recognizes that Mitchell is a long shot in 2022 and have moved on to some of the second tier guys. These are players that won’t make TB happy but have good upside.
