Did you notice how Saban's teams look like America? Did you hear him stating the reason they dominate is because diversity is their strength?

If you want to be excellent, ignoring the best possible people you can attract and instead finding ones that match a pre-determined gender/ethnic/lifestyle formula is the only way to truly be exceptional.
