It's impossible to answer that question. And of course you frame the question in a way to get the response you want. Since the beginning of this, the science has not changed one bit. But our knowledge of it is constantly evolving.

Besides, if they're making a step in the right direction, I'm not going to question it much. I don't care if Mayor Q has been hypocritical and over bearing shutting things down while still being one of the few cities that allows fans to NFL games. I'm not going to criticize him for allowing fans, but I will criticize him for shutting other things down. Whatever motivation anyone needs to open things back up is fine. If that's political, so be it. At least it's getting opened up more.
