Yes, national unity demands no impeachment or charges

The top national priority is rebuilding a workable government and sufficient national unity to address the numerous domestic (I.e. COVID 19, bad economy, climate change, racial prejudice, income inequality, etc) and international (China’s desire to become the world’s dominant economic, political and economic power, the dollar no longer being the world’s reserve currency, Muslim extremism and terrorism to name a few) issues.
The required changes can be best accomplished through unity and cooperation and those are more likely to occur if if there are no witch hunts, I.e. impeachment, criminal prosecutions of Trump and others, including Antifa, BLM as well as Trump supporters.
The long term greater good of the nation requires all sides to move on, to let bygones be bygones.
The future requires leaders with sufficient vision to forgo petty revenge and American politics and politicians to rise above being a never ending hill billy feud in which everyone ends up losing.
