To me, ultimate freedom is 100% about inner peace.

Until a person realizes that, they're simply not free but tossed about by the latest headline on CNN or FoxNews, the latest talking point on the EIB Network or Rachel Maddow, etc.

The more the external does not impact the emotional waters...the more you could listen to Biden and not get ****ed off...the more I could listen to my KU cousin talk smack about Mizzou and not get ****ed off...the more true freedom exists.

Freedom from the known and from that which confines joy and peace.

This board and all of the bickering and vitriol and insults and endless attempts to control the message to control how others think to control who "wins" a discussion are 100% about misconstruing inner peace/freedom with an external locus of control.

I think you're a good dude even if we draw radically different conclusions about Trump and whether or not he's anything like Christ.

If we never agree, can I still be peaceful in this discussion?
