They are a free enterprise and can make available any hardware or software they choose.

Their product just sucks, for many more reasons than this. I can't believe people put up with it and continue to patronize that company.

You are also a free person and can choose to buy and use their product or not. It's up to you. There are hundreds of other and better options out there.
