he basically sides with the State, but does not go as far in direct words....He also completely sides with the state when it comes to committing crimes...admitting that if you commit a crime as defined by the state law, you are subject to penalty up to and including death by cop.

He pretends that the cops will get a fair hearing if they go wrong, even though the evidence points out that the overwhelming majority are well protected by the State.
