Not saying its right but you have to shoot them in the nine spots 50 cents homeboy did to him and find six other non lethal spots to fill.

They are trained to shoot to kill, hit center mass. Its far easier to hit a bigger target than a moving, smaller target regardless if the situation is right or wrong.
