When you have the party majority, but there is a decided ideological split in that party, it can make getting things done rather hard. Manchin is already on record on two of the key issues the liberal base wants badly. Now the fight between the AOC/Harris wing and the more moderate wing truly begins in earnest and quite out in the open.
