You're saying to close everything and pay them to be closed? And pay for it through higher taxes. OK, got that part.

What about big box retailers? What about private gatherings? How do you police all of that? Are we talking about shutting everything down, road blocks, military in the streets, etc? Kind of like the movie Outbreak in that fictional town.
