Fed to manipulate the exchange rate of the dollar and puts a tax on Americans as well as any foreign investment. What does a tax do? It reduces whatever you are taxing.

So you want to put a tax on Americans via lower purchasing power of the dollar and reduce foreign investment in the US. Still sound like a good idea?
