(1) using mRNA technology based on the Trump Virus Spike Protein coding sequence, which was published by the Chinese,
(2) whilst clinical trials commenced, those same companies started making batches of vaccines without knowing if the vaccines would actually work.
(3) by doing (2), those companies had production batches ready upon approval. If the trials had failed, those production batches would be useless.

So, when you get to the part where Trump/Pence actually played any kind of role, they can't meet their own vaccination goals.

FAIL.
