possible so I understood it going to everyone.

But there is obviously no hurry on this one so I don't see why they don't take the time to identify those most impacted and give them most of it.

Neither my wife nor I were impacted by the first lockdown so we gave our first check to a guy at church who lost his job and a family member whose business was pretty much closed.

It not like you can really spend them on a family vacation.
