Q:How dumb are they?
They are so dumb, that not only have they been almost completely unsuccessful when their cases reach a court of law (because their ridiculous conspiracy theories never withstand the slightest bit of scrutiny)
They can't even manage to do something as simple as filing a case to get it on the docket correctly:
