and since my local team is the American Bible Thumpers, I especially loathe Christianity and all of the bull**** hypocrisy it espouses. I could go on but polling suggests that half this country is already in agreement. Ten percent don't care and if 40% of Americans go to church regularly (for the sake of argument), half of them probably don't believe but are under the impression that their omnipotent God will give them a pass at the pearly gates anyway.
In 2020, no logically minded person could find Christianity to be mildly believable. And sure I know I'm missing that magic pixie dust that all Christians love to fall back to, i.e. faith, but that's my point. I'm honest in that I think it's horse**** and believe it is responsible for way too much carnage and suffering to garner the phony praise this country gives it regularly just because no one likes to say Christianity can go to Hell. Which by the way doesn't exist, has never existed and was a man made fantasy creation designed to keep people in power and those underneath them in line.
Thus the invention of indulgences (buying forgiveness for sin and so on).
Muslims are no more or less nutty for their beliefs than Christians. To separate religions is something that fiendish religious people love to do. To me each of the major religions might be different looking fruits but they are all rotten on the same table.
The only "religion" I would worship would be rule of law and science, which I believe can solve every man made problem in the world.
