In fact, corporate and economic elites have held middle income wages to exactly what they were in 1972. Had wages increased at the same pace they had the prior 70 yrs median income today would be $92,000, not $50,000. Meanwhile as the Kroenkes rake in billions, the American taxpayer is left holding the bag providing Welfare support for workers at Walmart. The shift has been clever and structural. This is not brain surgery. And the sad middle income guys who rally for Trump are those wiped out by Trump. Funny huh
