elimination of student debt. Most of the student debt is held by upper middle class and wealthy. So those groups will be the ones that greatly benefit.

Upper middle class and wealthy people realize that with really low interest rates, instead of paying cash, they can take out a loan and use that cash as investment for a higher rate of return than the interest rates on the loans.
