FDA scientists say the Moderna vaccine is extremely effective... yet they still have to wait until a panel meets on Thursday for emergency use authorization.

Same with the Pfizer vaccine... they waited on a panel to meet. Just do a stupid Zoom call right away and authorize it. Why wait for days getting more infected?
